Mallee Rock Pinot Grigio

87% Pinot Grigio, 6% Riesling, 5% Sauvignon Blanc In order to yield their unique varietal characteristics, our grapes are sourced from a single grower along the Murray River in South East Australia. The Murray and Darling Rivers moderate temperatures of this warmer growing area, creating conditions that are ideal for a Pinot Grigio. We owe our distinct flavour to the land, but like to take a little credit in their refinement. Meticulous cool harvesting and gentle pressing, result in our fresh taste. We chill our grapes in stainless steel tanks to preserve their character and add a small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc to enhance freshness. The result – a crisp white wine with standout quality of a Pinot Grigio. Prepare to savour delicious notes of green apple, fresh citrus and grapefruit. It’s an easy-drinking, medium-bodied white with a touch of minerality and a smooth finish. Perfectly food friendly and fit for raising a cheeky glass with your mates.
