100% Dolcetto from 35 year old vines grown in calcareous clay soils. Vinification in horizontal fermentation tanks with temperature control for 6-7 days. Maturation in steel tanks for 8-9 months.
The color is ruby red with purple reflections. The nose is young, fresh, with fruity and floral notes. The taste is balanced and persistent, with acid, tannic and alcoholic components. The finish is long and complex.
