The color is a pale pink with bluish reflections. The aroma is highly expressive: spicy notes combined with many small red fruits (blackcurrants, redcurrants, wild strawberries) and Peach Melba. Citrus notes show at the finish. The mouthfeel is crisp, initially mineral, and then avidly fruity. The finish majors on delicacy and slight minerality.
