This concentrated Sauvignon Blanc is highly aromatic with intense flavors of peaches and gooseberries. It impresses with it's full body and richness which is typical for sancerre. The natually high acidity makes this wine more vivid and underlines the fine mineralty. This is a perfect wine to accompany all sorts of freshwater fish, like zander or luce, and seafood, e.g. scallop or lobster. Also excellent to cheese like Crottin de Chavignol or Poullgny Saint Pierre.
