Inspiration for this name comes from a breed of local pigs in South Africa and “Kolbroek” in Afrikaans, is my mother tongue.
This Syrah might have the name of a pig, however it can be as elegant as a gorgeous woman walking down Loop Street in high heels.
Kolbroek consists of 2 parcels on shale and gravel soils which complement each other well when blended.
