The grapes for this wine come from the Cossentine vineyard in Penticton and the King Drive vineyards on the Naramata Bench. The grapes were handpicked on October 4 and October 5, 2016 at approximately 25.0 brix. Made in an Alsatian style, the wine shows classic varietal aromas of pink grapefruit, rose petal and lychee nut with hints of ginger and rich weight and body.
