This Champagne is vinified from the three grape varietals - 30% chardonnay, 35% pinot noir, 35% pinot meunier. 30 to 35 % of reserve wines from previous year are incorporated in the blending to obtain consistency. A minimum of 2 years aging in cellar is necessary to develop this Champagne. Crisp and fruity with delicate apple and fresh pear flavors, it is a well-balanced, light wine, poised and stylish, showing fruit that contrasts the mineral-textured finish.
