This unoaked chardonnay was harvested from Morris Vineyard situated on the western slope of Seneca Lake. The low vigor root stock is planted in Langford Series soils, deep and moderately well-drained derived from glacial till. The resulting wine has been fermented in stainless steel, creating a lively, medium-bodied, refreshing Chardonnay with a clean finish and notes of citrus fruit.
