Black Legion honors the volunteer soldiers who fought under military Marshall Gastao Goulart during the revolution of 1932. Their bravery and selflessness is remembered more than 80 years later. The grapes are selected from specific old-vine rows located throughout Lujan de Cuyo. Intense flavors of blackcurrant, cherry jam, cinnamon, and chocolate yield a complex, yet balanced wine. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months adds depth. A limited-production wine that pairs well with traditional Argentine Parrilla – a mixed grill of lamb, veal, and pork.
