Gilgal Cabernet Merlot

Gilgal Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot exhibits berry and cherry fruit notes complemented by characters of orange blossom, cocoa and spice. A 50-50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with medium-to-heavy body, the wine displays great flavor and nice complexity. While ready to enjoy now, Gilgal Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot will improve in the bottle and age well for over five years from harvest. We like pairing the wine with a rack of lamb, grilled burgers, or a good roast beef sandwich.
