The Barolo Chinato is a digestive wine obtained using by adding to the Barolo DOCG a hydro-alcoholic infusion done by herbs and spices.
A high level naturally aromatic wine, produced according to the old method of the Alessandria family. On the nose, the aromas are intense, spicy and harmonic. The taste is pleasantly smooth, velvety and balanced. It pairs very well with dark chocolate.
