This is definitely not your dad’s stuffy, over-done cabernet! It is appealing on the palate and has good fruit and structure. The whole flavor profile is open and generous, with a great finish that invites you back for more. The first time I had it at home I made grilled roast beef & cheese sandwiches on sour dough. Delicious! This is a wine for any occasion!
