The contrasting chilly evening fog helps create lively acidity in this graceful Pinot Noir. Our Pinot Noir comes with a smooth taste and elegant ruby color with an aroma of raspberry and cherry, and a hint of spice and vanilla. This wine is well-suited to pair with poultry, beef, fish, ham, lamb and pork and will play well with creamy sauces and spicy seasonings.
