Easley Riesling

Ripe white peach aromas, with the anticipation of soft sweetness. A crisp, semi-dry Riesling that starts with light apricot and glides past the mid-palate with notes of green apple. This selection was crushed and pressed within four hours of harvest, then fermented cool to preserve the crisp simplicity of the grape. This wine complements any dish and is especially nice with pork loin and apple dumplings. Our Riesling is a great addition to a celebration meal or everyday dinner. Pair this with baked brie, warm baguette, and ripe pears for a delicious appetizer.
