Making Indiana Champagne since 1997 the Easley Family produces this secondary natural fermentation wine using the Charmat style of champagne creation. Through devotion, this wine is carefully handcrafted to produce a light to medium golden straw color with aromas of green apple and dried figs with light tropical tones. The palate explodes with creamy fresh fruity flavors that linger. Any occasion is the perfect time for this sparkling treasure!
