Double Canyon Vineyard Syrah

With the goal of creating authentic estate-grown wines, Double Canyon was established in the heart of Horse Heaven Hills in 2007. Our focus is crafting wines that expresses the individuality of our namesake vineyard and captures the distinct character of Washington State’s best appellations. Our Syrah amplifies the dimension of our Cabernets, yet possesses such character that we felt it deserved to be showcased as a stand-alone wine. Hailing from our estate Double Canyon Vineyard, the wine shows a deep ruby color in the glass and expresses aromas of rich caramel, cedar and hints of rose petal. The entry possesses good structure with generous amounts of black and red fruits, accented by vanilla crème, root beer, black tea and spice, leading into a long, juicy finish with lingering notes of mouthwatering red plum.
