Produced from estate-grown certified organic grapes from plots with low yields, this wine offers more of everything – more body, more tannin, and more flavor. The 4,000-foot elevation in Gualtallary insures that, with the right handling, the grapes for these wines lend an Old World elegance. Delicate Ruby red color. Red fruit aromas of strawberry and cherry with vanilla notes. On the palate, it´s elegant and balanced with medium body and acidity. 100% Pinot Noir. Burgundy Style, aged for 10 months in French oak.
