Cuvee Sauvage Russian River Valley Pinot Noir Red Wine

Dense fog. Rugged earth. The wild terrain of the Russian River Valley produces Pinot Noir with rich flavor, balanced acidity and a refined finish. Cuvée Sauvage meaning ‘wild blend’ marries untamed terroir with restraint in the cellar to yield an elegant Pinot Noir. Our winemaker, Melissa Stackhouse, believes that her role is to shepherd the wines, guiding the fruit and terroir to its ultimate expression. She focuses on selecting grapes from the most renowned vineyards while taking a minimalist approach to winemaking. Our Pinot Noir offers layered notes of wild strawberry and rose petal, followed by a palate of cherry and sassafras.
