Our 2nd vintage of Sauvignon Blanc comes from Clone 1 vines planted in our Cliffside Vineyard. Fermentation and storage in stainless steel help preserve classic Sauvignon Blanc aromatics of citrus blossom and passion fruit with notes of candied peach and touch of minerality. On the palate, this wine displays medium high acid with lots of citrus and tropical fruit notes; vibrant and refreshing on a hot Colorado afternoon!
