This prosecco is brought to us by way of a project called FUSO, dreamed up by one of our favorite importers of Italian wines (Portovino) as a way to bring the everyday wines that usually don't leave the village all the way to your glass. Col di Luna is a family winery in the Treviso region, just north of Venice, specializing in local, native grapes.------This 100% glera sparkling sees no dosage at bottling, making it what we call a "brut nature" or bone-dry prosecco. Alpine flowers and wild apple waft across the nose and palate, with delicate pretty little bubbles to finish.------Food Ideas: goat cheese and asparagus tarts, shaved apple and parmesan spring greens salad, canteloupe and prosciutto, fried calamari in tomato sauce
