The wine is vinified traditionally while respecting the structure of each vintage. The maceration lasts for 3 to 4 weeks. The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels. Before bottling it is fined with egg whites and is then submitted to a light filtration. Chateau tour de marchesseau is typical of the lalande-de-pomerol appellation famous for producing wines endowed with smooth and fruity tannins. The wine is very pleasant to drink after two to three years of cellaring.
