In French, "Verite du Terroir" means Truth of Terroir. Grapes for this Cuvee have been carefully selected and picked by night to preserve their freshness . Blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Tibouren, typical Provencal grapes. Only the first juices called “Tete de Cuvee” are kept after pressing. Fermentation occurs at a cool temperature in order to capture the best aromas.
On the eye : bright, light pink with a nice brilliance.
On the nose: ample with intense berry and pink grapefruit aromas.
Palate: refreshing mouth, dominant notes of raspberry and redcurrant underscored by the freshness of citrus. Great balance and harmony between fruit aromas and acidity.
