The best plots and grapes of the Château La Gordonne are carefully selected for this La Chapelle Gordonne Cuvee, fine dining Rosé. Blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, 3 of the main Provencal grapes. They are directly pressed to extract only the first juices called “Tete de Cuvee”. Fermentation occurs partly in French oak casks for three weeks.
On the eye : lychee-pink color, very pale and limpid.
On the nose: Pink grapefruit and linden blossom notes, very rich mineral quality.
On the palate: freshness, delicacy and smoothness. Small fresh fruits aromas with a pleasant final of a wild strawberry sorbet.
