Pommery Blue Sky is the Demi-Sec Cuvee from Champagne Pommery, a non-vintage champagne elaborated with wines from different harvests and the fruit of a new Experience Pommery "The Sky Has No Limit". Traditional Champagne blend with an equal proportion of 3 main grapes (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) disgorged with a higher quantity of sugar to give to the wine a gourmet finish. Designed to be enjoyed on ice, it is characterized by its roundness, richness and freshness.
