A rish, lush, vibrant, bright Chilean Sauvignon Blanc with no oak - just crisp, tropical flavors. On the nose melon, asparagus, grass, and bell pepper. Very zippy on the palate, with hints of lemon zest, kiwi, grapefruit, melon, and citrus. On the end finish peach pit, watermelon rind, and crispy vegetable. A very versatile white to pair with hearty soups like Caldo Verde and rice dishes.
