A delicate style with layers of cherry and wild rasberries on the pallet with a hint of spice on the nose. This wine has a good acidity, showing a floral lift on the finish. The wine’s name and label are an homage to the “paper mosaics” of 18th century artist Mary Delaney. 72 year-old Delaney used hundreds of tiny pieces of colored paper to create portraits of flowers picked from her garden. She’d created over a thousand portraits before her eyesight began to fail her.
