Excuus ik ben wel echt een Piemonte freak en dol op de druiven die ze daar hebben! Ja dit is goed is balans, zwoel in de aanzet met bloemen en hooi in de neus. Vanille met mate, aards, gebrand hout, tomaat, kersen, zwarte peper en licht wat zuren van vlierbessen.
