Bisol Cartizze, Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG

Since 1542, the Bisol family has produced a range of sustainably farmed and internationally recognized Prosecco Superiore DOCG in the heart of Valdobbiadene. All bottlings are expressions of terroir, including the famed ‘Cartizze, the ‘Grand Cru’ of Prosecco, from their own vineyards. Today, Giancluca Bisol has assumed the role of President and CEO while his brother, Desiderio, holds the position of chief enologist and technical director. Straw yellow with a fine, lively and persistent perlage. On the nose, elegant with scents of wildflowers; pleasantly fruity with notes of apples, pears and peaches. Savory, full and balanced; its sweetness is contained and accompanied by an intense and elegant fruitiness. Varietal Composition: 100% Glera (single vineyard, estate growns)
