The location of the vineyard in one of Israel's finest wine regions and a relatively long ripening period have endowed this wine with a powerful array of aromas and excellent freshness. The wine is your typical Sauvignon Blanc on the nose, with zesty citrus fruit, garden-fresh herbal notes and lightly tropical characteristics of melon and grapefruit. A mouthful of rich and bold flavors meets the palate together with a crispness that makes it quite food friendly. It should be enjoyed as a young wine, but can mature for two to three years in the bottle.
