Sustainably grown in Monterey County, our grapes are carefully harvested under the cool moonlight and only the best bunches are selected for our 100% Cinsault French-style rosé. Two days of skin contact provide this wine with flavors of tart strawberry, rhubarb and dried apricot, with a crisp, dry, watermelon rind finish.
