Bellavista Franciacorta Alma Cuvee Brut

Bellavista Brut displays an exuberant white mousse. The perlage is particularly fine, tight and persistent, with very obvious and well distributed bubble-chains. Its colour is a bright light green gold. The bouquet reveals itself through very pronounced accents that provide a particular refinement and complexity. The dominant floral notes of hawthorn, sagebrush and bay leaves are distinct, broad and voluptuous. The scent of white ripe fruit is delicate yet detectable and it adds harmony and a gentle olfactory experience. The flavour is dry, exceptionally elegant and pleasing with an aristocratic background of jam and incense that is particularly persistent. It has body yet wrapped in a silky texture and exceptional energy. The well-rounded acidity helps to enhance the wine’s strong personality and character.
