The Baugier de Chevestre is subtle with all the backbone necessary for a great wine, comprised of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. You’ll enjoy its deep ruby red color and generous aromas and flavors of red fruit, especially red currants and raspberries and nuanced floral and mineral overtones. The mouth feel is pleasant with sumptuous fruitiness, followed by an aromatic and fruity evolution. The end is supple and pleasant. A delightful wine.
