Aviary Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

We are excited to announce the first release of our Aviary Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet. After years of seeking more fruit and new contracts to grow our Napa Valley line, this new release is a long time in the making! It isn’t in bottle yet but the barrel samples have us excited! We utilized our long term contracts and came across some incredible Merlot to help grow the production while letting the wine sit in barrel for 14 months. Aviary exemplifies the craft of the winemaker and the art of blending. Each year we select the best wines from up to 7 different vineyard sites to create a blend that expresses both the uniqueness of each vintage and the elegant style of Aviary Reserve. Layers of chocolate, strawberry, dried cherry, tobacco, and toasted oak balance with silky tannins and bright acidity to create a perfectly balanced Cabernet Sauvignon that can be enjoyed now or aged over time. 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot
