Alexander Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The Alexander Reserve Collection’s Cabernet Sauvignon is a pure wine taken from select vines in the Kfar Shammai vineyard at a height of 690 meters above sea level. The vineyard is located in Ein Setter on the Mitzpeh Hayamim Mountain in the Upper Galilee. The vineyard is controlled for low produce, some of the best growth conditions in Israel, and advanced agro-technology which produce a uniquely high quality grape. This wine’s clarity is deep dark red with a tinge of bordeaux. Its aroma is rich with ripe berry, enveloped in tobacco and coffee, with a background of quality chocolate. It has good rounded tannins, and a very long, full finish. This is an elegant wine, ready to serve, with good aging qualities. The wine matured over 24 months in French oak barrels (70%) and American oak barrels (30%).
