To elaborate our ADUENTUS MALBEC we use grapes from Uco Valley - Tupungato, specifically from the areas of Gualtallary, and La Arboleda. These areas are highly recognized for their excellent quality. The vineyards are located at 1100 meters above sea level, with a great thermal amplitude between day and night, which allows the development of aromatic elegance and concentration. The grapes used for this exceptional wine are hand-picked in 18kg boxes and then received at the winery where they are placed in cold chambers to lower the temperature to control oxidation and early fermentation. Then, a manual selection of the grape bunches is made.
The grapes are transported in small buckets and dropped by gravity into the fermentation tanks. The wine is then placed in French oak and American oak barrels for 14 months. Once bottled, the ADUENTUS range rests in an underground aging room for at least one year before being sold. In this way, the wine matures inside the bottle in perfect conditions of temperature and humidity.
