The SUM is a unique and stylistic blend of primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, from Beckstoffer Feliz Creek Vineyard, with old vine Petite Sirah and various Rhone varieties. Crushed cherry, rhubarb, and cedar fill the glass. On the palate, it’s soft and seamless, with flavors of strawberry jam, raspberry, and accents of cinnamon and clove.
