On the nose aromas of white peach and ripe
honeydew melon, are intertwined with notes of
delicate orange blossom and lightly caramelized crème
brulee. Subtle hints of mint leaf and wet stone can also
be found lingering in the background. On the palate,
racy flavors of green apple, grapefruit and lime zest
awaken the taste buds. As the wine opens up, elusive
flavors of lemongrass and honeycomb combine with
brioche, as the sur lees ageing becomes evident. In its
youth, the bright acid and exotic nose shine through,
but with time more complex flavors and aromas will
develop making for a truly exciting wine!
