Blackberry bramble drizzled with honey, violets and lavender, backed with hints of forest floor, orange zest and black pepper. Rich and viscous on the palate, with flavors of blackberry and raspberry dueling for control, balanced with vibrant acidity. Flavors turn to blackcherry toward the finish, lingering with hints of game, graphite and cedar.

Saviah-Walla-Walla-Valley-Syrah
A classic Walla Walla Valley Syrah which portrays the aromatic and textural aspects of exceptionally well-farmed fruit. Delicious aromas of olive brine, wild berries, smoke, and salami evolve into plum, blackberry, and spice. Intense yet balanced on the palate, buoyant flavors of beef broth, mountain berries, fresh cracked pepper, with a long silky finish. Enjoy!

Blend: 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre Enticing savory aromas followed by flavors which are fruit-focused, concentrated and long. Grenache-driven strawberry and raspberry are complemented by notes of grapefruit, jasmine and watermelon. These flavors lead into a seamless palate where acid and alcohol are soft and delightfully integrated to provide a refreshing, easy drinking balanced New World Rosé.

Sourced from The Rocks District in Walla Walla Valley, the 2015 Northern Blend expresses the savory and earthy terroir of its region. It exhibits aromas of violet and bacon fat. On the palate, soft black fruits with velvety tannins and dark chocolate deliver a voluptuous and complex texture.
Doubleback Cabernet Sauvignon

Doubleback-Cabernet-Sauvignon
The wine has intensely dark color. The nose displays an interesting combination of black and blue fruit sauté, crème cassis, and mixed floral notes paired with crushed fir needles, market spice tea, and cedar shavings. From the first sip the wine is smooth, broad in its palate impression, rich and sweet. There is an almost unexplainable deliciousness factor that I find irresistible. The tannins are impeccably integrated, long, and soft with just enough heft to give the wine a solid backbone and fantastic aging potential. This wine is approachable enough to enjoy immediately, but will reward 5-20 years of aging for the patient.

"Les Collines, always a customer favorite and the 2014 is no different. The 2014 Les Collines has delicate aromas of chocolate, cherry and a touch of smoke. The palate is deep and complex with flavors of blueberries, toasted almonds, cocoa, with a mix of spices and acid on the finish. Drink now until 2022." -Justin Wylie, winemaker

Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot On the nose, there are notes of blueberry, blackberry and cassis supported by notes of warm oak. Elements of chocolate and hints of wild herbs are also present. The tannins mellow and build to a long, spicy finish. Terrific fruit notes now but will age well.

This Syrah is rich and flavorful. It begins with aromas of baking chocolate, cola and umami with nice raspberry undertones. The palate explodes with dark fruit flavors and well-structured tannins that complement the full body and linger on the finish. Pair this Syrah with slow roasted barbeque pork.

Bledsoe-Family-Winery-Cabernet-Sauvignon
High toned red and blue fruit, classic Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with underlying hints of vanilla and baking spices. Polished tannin with a nice sense of oak sweetness on the finish. The addition of Syrah really helps bring balance to the wine and I really enjoy the length and complexity of this vintage. - Josh McDaniels, President & Director of Winemaking

Tranche-Estate-Cabernet-Sauvignon
Powerful dark fruit aromas of blackberry, wild fig and cassis infuse with floral and herbaceous notes of violet, tea leaf and sage. The wine is full-bodied and creamy in texture, showing highly polished tannins and a tremendous depth to its earthy, dark fruit flavors. Supple and densely packed tannins combine with seamless minerality to draw out the palate to a rich, long-lasting finish. Blue Mountain Estate Vineyard is one of the highest elevation vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley. It produces cool, dark and complex fruit profiles with signature rich, supple tannins. Cabernet blocks were harvested in late October with intense color, concentrated fruit flavors, and fully developed phenolics. Gentle handling through fermentation, followed by an extended time on skins, produced a deeply structured and expressive wine, worthy of its 24-month extended bottle maturation prior to release.

Our Syrah was harvested a bit less ripe than many of our neighbors. We're not criticizing others; we're just trying to make something that is modest in acohol and has a nervier, racier side to it. We foot-stomped the grapes and fermented in small bins over several weeks, using native yeasts only. 75% of the stems were included in the fermentation and 2-3% Viognier from Les Collines Vineyard was co-fermented in each of the bins as well. The wine was aged (and completed malo-lactic) in large (500L) French oak puncheons for just over one year.

40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 20% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot. More masculine than our Merlot heavy Chances R Red Blend, the dominance of Cabernet Sauvignon is present from the get go in a style reminiscent of classic left bank Bordeaux. Strong tannin struct, medium plus mouthfeel and a telltale combination of blue and black fruit on the front and light spice on the back give this wine drinkable notes and aging potential.

Walla-Walla-Vintners-Cabernet-Franc
This is our 21st edition of Cabernet Franc. Deep, dark ruby color and bursting with aromas of black raspberry, cherry, and red currant, with hints of pencil shavings, rose petals, cedar and vanilla. Flavors mirror fruit aromas, adding blueberry, anise, espresso and cocoa powder. The lingering finish recalls creme brulee, graphite and roasted nuts. Best of Class, 2019 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition

K-Vintners-The-Hidden-Syrah
Located at the base of the Blue Mountains in Walla Walla, Washington, Charles Smith opened his first winery, K Vintners, in December of 2001. The first release, 1999 K Syrah from Walla Walla Valley, initiated the style of winemaking that Charles continues today: small lots of single vineyard Syrahs and field blends of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Tempranillo, and Viognier, all of which are hand-picked, fermented with naturally occurring yeasts and basket pressed.
