Allegrini-Palazzo-della-Torre
This is one of the wines that has made Allegrini famous throughout the world. The vineyard surrounds Villa della Torre, a splendid masterpiece of Renaissance architecture now owned by the family, and produces a full-bodied red wine that has an ageing potential of at least ten years. The blend is the historic combination of Corvina and Rondinella with the addition of a small quantity of Sangiovese. A small percentage of the harvested grapes are left to dry out until December and then added to the previously vinified fresh grapes. The result is a velvety, well-balanced red wine that proffers mature, pulpy fruit.

Tommasi-Pinot-Grigio-Le-Rosse-2014
Tommasi's Pinot Grigio is grown at the Prunea estate in the Sant'Ambrogio valley of Valpolicella Classico, acquired by the family in 1997. Le Rosse is one of the four main sub-plots of this vineyard, and is planted entirely to Pinot Grigio grapes. The vineyard rows are planted extremely close together and receive intense pruning, resulting in low yields and excellent richness. The wine is fermented entirely in stainless steel. The nose is spicy with hints of tropical fruit, the flavors clean and crisp, and the body round and soft with a crisp finish. This Valpolicella Pinot Grigio can be described as sitting between the richer, more concentrated Pinot Grigio from Friuli to the north, and racier styles from the Veneto at large. Excellent with appetizers, soups and fish.

Solane-Santi-Valpolicella-Classico
Santi Solane, a blend of 70% Corvina and 30% Rondinella, is a high-quality, more intensely flavored and thicker textured Valpolicella, which has earned the Classico Superiore denomination. Part of the wine re-ferments on partially dried whole grapes enriching it with elegant, fruity aromas and exceptionally velvety tannins. The remaining part is made using the Ripasso method whereby it waits until the production of Amarone and then is added to Amarone pomace and left to rest for a few weeks while the wine picks up extra color, flavor and character. After blending, to harmonize these contrasting components, the wine matures for a few months in barriques and then in large casks. With inviting, fresh red berry, anise, herb and spice aromas, the wine has full, warm black cherry, and raisin and plum flavors on the palate, with linear acidity and soft tannins.

Speri-Valpolicella-Ripasso
Vigorous and elegant wine is a combination of fruity flavours and spicy aromas. Warm and smooth to the palate it perfectly matches with meat and cheese based dishes. This wine is produced using the RIPASSO technique, which is intentionally more restrictively applied in relation to the standard production method. The wine is obtained by going over again , once only, the premium Valpolicella Classico over a small quantity of Amarone marc. As a result, an authentic local wine is produced which elegantly exhibits a delightfully complex fruity aroma and spicy tones complemented with a good acidity and just the right alcohol content.
