Our white wines have an unctuous and frank mouth and have pleasant fruity aromas that show the characteristics of a unique terroir in Uruguay. An example of this is Garzón’s Sauvignon Blanc Estate 2016. It has a traditional fermentation process with controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks that highlight its varietal features. It has a ripening period on its lees of between 3 and 6 months. Garzón’s Sauvignon Blanc Estate 2016 is one of our wines with more varietal expression. It encompasses citric and fruity notes, with a delicate passion fruit presence. It has a mineral, fresh and vibrant mouth reminding of Garzón’s terroir tipicity.

With a faint salmon colour and cherry and strawberry notes standing out, our Pinot Noir Rosé is aromatically characterized by its freshness and delicacy. It is elegant in mouth, with a strong acidity and a mineral finish that express the authenticity of our terroir.

This red wine represents the signature Uruguayan varietal that has found its ideal soil in Garzón. The expression of our Tannat is an intense red and black fruit wine with a lingering and lush aftertaste. Elegant and powerful, this wine greets you with beautiful aromas of raspberry and red cherry followed by delicious flavors of black plum, rhubarb and tobacco mixed with dark chocolate and white pepper. It has a finish that presents a brilliant tension between silky tannins and supple fruit.

Its intense violet-red colour and the aromatic black fruit and vanilla aromatic complexity highlight its full-bodiness in mouth, turning this Petit Verdot into a perfectly harmonic wine, typical of its variety.

Of a strong purple colour with violet reflections, this noble red wine has mineral aromas coming from ripe peppers, spices and fruits of the forest accompanied by a subtle chocolate note and smoked hints coming from selected barrels. With gentle tannins in mouth, it mixes prunes and ripe blackberries with fresh eucalyptus and mint notes that add to its complexity.

Its dark red color gives violet shades that grant depth and visual richness. Intense and elegant buquet with scents of red fruits and spices, raises sophisticated sensations. The presence of highly evolved tannins gives a balanced strength and long permanence in mouth. Merlot 60% – Tannat 40%
