A blend of 50% Žametna črnina, 20% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Grigio, 10% Blau Frankish, Cuvee Anna is ripe with aromas of wild berries, strawberries, melon, and peach. On the palate, very fruity with a lively, refreshing finish. A bright Provence-style Rose that will make you wonder how it is not from Provence! Kobal Sauvignon belongs to the family of wines with a specially and particularly pronounced fingerprint of nature, which impresses even the most affluent sensory taste buds by a combination of an extremely prnounced primary bouquet and a rich varietal taste of Sauvignon. The smell of the so-called thiol character of Sauvignon is reminiscent of passion fruit, gooseberry and grapefruit. The characteristic odor is followed by a rich flavor with a particularly pronounced long after-taste. Therefore, the wine has an extremely rich character of the variety, with exceptional juiciness and wit of the flavor. Sauvignon Kobal is a unique creation of nature and a vision of a winemaker, who wants to conjure up the wine lovers an unforgettable wine experience. The wine can be enjoyed in a glass alone or together with gastronomic experience, especially with light dishes in spring and summer days.

The nose is unmistakably of Pinot Noir, with gentle leather, earthy notes and forest fruits forming a very fine sensation. Dry on the palate with brave, firm, silky tannins.

This rose made from 100% Blaufrankisch, known in Slovenia as Modra Frankinja, has a soft pale pink color. 70% Merlot , 20% Pinot Noir , 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

50% Chardonnay – 50% Ribolla Aging: Matured 9 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in 1L bottles. Spicy woody note, hinting at incense and fine herbs. On the palate the wine is dry, elegant, bitterish and youthful.

100% Green Sauvignon. Strong hints of tomato leaves, gooseberries, green pepper and dried herbs. Very dry, energetic in the mouth with plenty of aromatic character and youth.

70 % Ribolla, 20% Sauvignon, 10% Pinot Grigio The nose is so complex, varied and beautifully fresh. On the palate hints of honey, wild flowers, blackcurrant and orange peel. Very, dry medium bodied on the palate, with vibrant acidities and touch of tannins.

Historically this is one of our most popular varietal wines. A beautiful aroma of blackberry, currants, herbs and spices with toasted oak notes marry well for a great overall impression. This is a wine of depth and rich full bodied flavors. Great with hard cheeses, roasts, steaks and grilled mushrooms.

This wine is where Matic has let his passion show. The juice and skins are aged together for 200+ days in a clay amfora, just as the ancients did. The wine is bottled unfiltered, direct from the clay vessel to the bottle, and as such presents with a cloudy deep lemon or orange hue. Upon first nose you’ll find apple or even cider notes to this wine. Given time to breathe the nose will open with lemon, orange blossom, honeysuckle notes and after longer even dries roses. On the palate the wine is dry with a fresh streak of acidity. Because of the aging with the grape skins there’s a slight tannic element to this wine, while reminding you of flavors from orange zest, sweet flowers, and green apple. The long finish leaves you with a pleasant dry feeling and remnants of peach. This is what you’ll want to open when you’re ready to start the party. Limited Production
