Primary aromas have given place to notes of honey and raisins. A touch tannins and lots of refreshing acidity, dandelion flowers, with very long finish.

Red amphora represents a leap to the next step of our red wines. Variety compositions: Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) to arrange for taničnost, firmness, Merlot (50%), giving it a softness, juiciness. After 15 months of maturation in barriques (one third is new), matures 12 months in amphoras, where mature and rounded. The wine has a dark ruby red color with garnet hues, revealing signs of a long maturation. The nose intertwine odors of the mature red fruit, pepper, flowers violets, leather, tobacco, vanillin, and graphite. In the mouth it is still youthful, fruity (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, drnulje), but with a serious note does not quite ripe tannins which provide it with longevity and acids, which maintain the drinkability. In the long aftertaste coming to the fore notes of ripe fruit, especially plum or cherry jam with spices (pepper, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla). Wine and food: Amphora Red Erzetič recommend to beef steak in pepper sauce to grilled meat or wine sauce, the lamb and goat, venison, roast duck or guinea fowl, the mature hard cheese to dishes with tomato-based sauces and garlic . The light body and clean bright taste with a hint of sweetness make this a very enjoyable and versatile wine. The varietal is Italo Riesling and it has a very light and pleasant sweetness.

This very fun, fresh, and crisp flowers-and-lychee-driven wine is a blend of two different clones of Yellow Muscat, hand-harvested from a single organically farmed vineyard. Peter calls them an early bird and a late bloomer. The early bird gives the wine all the freshness and aromas from the grapes, and the late bloomer is more mature and gives the wine depth and body. The highly unusual but equally highly successful use of full malolactic fermentation brings the wine together as a remarkably creamy, complex, and strikingly dry whole. Just about the best wine you’ll ever have with sushi, fish tacos, or a Reuben, but this hardly needs food to reveal its many charms.

Kobal Pinot Grigio is a wine with a pink hue in the color, which is a varietal characteristic feature of Pinot Grigio, especially if maceration phase of grapes is prolonged. The bouquet is reminiscent of ripe pear, red apple, flowers, melon and tropical fruits. The discreet creamy aftertaste is typical for wines that are matured on lees and it rounds the wine into pleasant harmony of scents and flavors.

60% Chardonnay, 40% Ribolla Puro is a very special sparkling wine as it is not degorged by ourselves. The wine thus continues its life with its own natural yeasts in the bottle until the very end and it.

This cuvee is a tasteful merging of three varietals, Ribolla Gialla, Sauvignonasse, and Chardonnay. Picked solely by hand, the wine reflects the history and quality produced form this wine region. The blendning of the creamy lightly oaked Chardonnay with the well balanced acidity gained form Sauvignonasse, is complimented with the complexity of the Ribolla Gialla varietal. Malolactic fermentation finshed with oak barrel ageing produces a wine for all seasons. Colliano Cuvee White is best serverd with light roast meats and fish, cream sauce dishes and highly seasoned foods. Especially fine with Mediterranean cusine.

Golden yellow with copper tinges. The colour indicates the method of production, which in the right way highlights the intensity and complexity of the aroma (nice flower aromas developing in fruity and spicy notes), full body (the soft, mature and fruity initial taste is substituted by the note of apricots and melons), alcoholic richness with balanced acids, and variety characteristics (at the end, slightly bitter).
