Aged on lees for 6 months in neutral oak. ELEVAGE: 100% neutral oak, 6 months HAPPY CANYON VINEYARD: Planted in 1996, Happy Canyon is the warmest microclimate in the Santa Ynez Valley. Mid-morning fog lifts to sunshine, with summertime temperatures in the low- to mid-90s. CROWN POINT VINEYARD: Crown Point is situated on the other side of the canyon in Happy Canyon, geographically 2 miles away from each other. Crown Point is an estate vineyard & winery located in the foothills of the Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara AVA.

“Dierberg follows up its outstanding 2009 offering with another splendid Syrah that hits one high point after the other. It is rife with deep and exceptionally well-defined fruit, and its insistent themes of blackberries, spice and cured meats do not ease up even as a fair bit of grippy young tannin takes hold. It is ripe but eschews jamminess and shows very good structure and balance for the solid, rather gutsy wine that it is. While sure to impress in the short term, it is not meant for hasty drinking, and it can be held for eight to ten years before reaching what is certain to be its considerable best.”

Light salmon in color. Stone fruit and wild strawberry backed by zippy acid and Limestone minerality. The vibrant wine is held together with an approachably round mid-palate - Angel food cake and baby peaches.

100% Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine was barrel aged for 14 months in 50% one- to three-year-old barrels, and 50% new French and American oak . A stylish wine with great balance and flavor. Red cherry and raspberry are followed by notes of charred oak, deep earth and subtle pepper spices.

Our classic blend of stainless-steel fermented Sauvignon Blanc (92%) and barrel-fermented Sémillon (8%) is bright and sassy. A yin-yang bouquet of citrusy and tropical aromas of grapefruit pith, honeydew melon and rocky earth lead to a palate that is vivid and vivacious.

"Syrah So Hot Right Now” reflects the fun, utterly delicious style of wine we are making, while recognizing that Natural Wine is extremely trendy at the moment. Our creative director Kari Crist decided to substitute our usual copper label with a Hologram that reflects a spectrum of color.

La Passion du Diable is the dark light that drew us into this project. Always 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, it is our magnum opus. Our inspiration is drawn from the dense mystery surrounding Cabernet’s hold on our imaginations. Everything we have is brought to bear in this wine. STARLANE VINEYARD: Situated on the Eastern edge of Santa Ynez Valley in the Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara. With vineyard elevations ranging from 750 to 1550 feet above sea level, microclimates emerge within the site to produce a beautiful and diverse palette that helps create a distinct range of estate fruit hand.

VARIETAL: Gewürztraminer VINEYARD: Riboli APPELATION/AVA: Central Coast of California CASES: 1350 TASTING NOTES: Honeysuckle, green tea, tangerine, lychee, pineapple ON PRODUCTION: 100% destemmed like a red. Soaked in juice for 12 hours of skin contact to extract flavor. A natural pink comes from the skins. ON FERMENTATION: Fermented in tank and temperature controlled for 4 weeks at 50°F. Rack from heavy lees and aged 6 months in stainless steel. ON RIBOLI VINEYARD: Riboli estate is situated in Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County. Weather is generously warm but never too hot, allowing the Gewürztraminer to come slowly to maturity. Cold nights and foggy mornings help give the grapes good acidity.

True Sauvignon Blanc flavors of citrus zest, gooseberry, cream, mineral and dried grass are well balanced between the rich texture from barrel fermentation and the vibrant energy from the grapes.
