Deep shades of reds and purples present in this single vineyard Merlot. Aromas of rich ripe blackberry with subtle notes of currant, anise and charred oak combine with just a hint of graphite. Flavors of black plum and dark mocha, couple with subtle raspberry, espresso and toasted vanillin barrel. This is a wine of fine texture, terrific length and structure.

Our Vineyard Block Estate series is comprised of special lots, hand selected by our winemakers from among California's most exclusive wine districts and vineyards. The 2014 Block 316 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits an opaque purple color and a beautiful nose of graphite, charcoal, blackberry and blueberry. The Wine is full-bodied and opulen, with great acidity and sweet tannins.

This wine is a blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc with 5% Semillon. This wine is best described as luscious. While there is a base of bright acidity behind the scenes, you are greeted with aromas of fresh white peach, melon and juicy pineapple. The Semillon sneaks through to transform the wine and complement the Sauvignon Blanc characteristics. Very enticing and showing roundness on the palate, the finish is clean and refreshing
