A very intense cherry colour with cardinal red rims. Very frank in the nose, with aromas of ripe red fruit and balsamic hints. Smooth in the mouth, filling the palate with exquisite flavours of plum and blackcurrant, plus a long and elegant finish. Well-balanced and with a lively acidity. Selected harvest in early October. Once the grapes arrive at the winery a controlled alcoholic (primary) fermentation is initiated, with seeding using selected yeasts from our best vineyards, for a period of 30 days with daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation is done without the addition of bacteria, at a cellar temperature of 20ºC for 24 days and controlling malic and lactic acid levels. The wine is then rested in 300 litre selected grain French oak casks for 12 months.

Celeste Crianza was the first Spanish wine produced by the Torres family outside of Catalonia. Traditions run strong in the region of Ribera del Duero where grapes have been grown since the 12th century. Large diurnal temperature ranges and cool mountainous winds in DO Ribera del Duero contribute to perfectly ripened Tinto Fino. Celeste Crianza displays a pristine balance of fruit, body and color as unique as the night sky looking down over the region. The soft garnet hue awakens to brooding aromas of ripe black fruit, chocolate and fine roasted coffee with notes of dried plum and baking spice. Dense, fleshy and impressively persistent.

Fuentespina 3 is a red wine from Ribera del Duero, a fresh, vigorous and fruity wine. Ideal to enjoy on any occasion, whether sharing a bottle with friends, or savoring it quietly at home. Its three months in the barrel give it a light touch of wood that makes it softer on the palate and more complex in aroma.

Founded in 1972 with a long track record in the region, Viñedos y Bodegas Gormaz is part of the founding group of 12 wine producers to receive an official Certificate of Origin in 1982. It is part of Soria, a province in Spain which is characterized by its Mediterranean-continental climate, extreme altitudes of 900 meters for grape cultivation, and a very particular rural environment. Grape selection is made regarding the plots’ location, vineyards’ age and maturation degree. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for 10 days. After the fermentation process, the wine is macerated for 10 days. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to French and American Oak barrels, new and semi-new, where it will stay for 12-14 months, being rounded afterwards in the bottle for at least 8 months.
