Bursting with ripe fruit and floral aromatics, this mineral driven, off-dry Riesling is called ‘Feinherb’ in German. Our masterful winemaker, mentor and grower, Eckehart Groehl, produces this wine with earth-friendly farming and native fermentation in stainless with brief skin contact. His vineyard hangs on the historic red slate and sandstone cliffs of Nierstein, a site originally planted by Romans along the Rhine River. This wine pairs well with spicy Asian cuisine and BBQ. For a fun twist, try it with a splash of seltzer on a hot day.

This Grüner Veltliner is fresh and vibrant with flavors of green pear, lime, grapefruit and white pepper with a clean, mineral finish that makes it the perfect alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. Bright, fruit-forward, stainless steel Chardonnay grown on a steep, calcium and iron rich, sandstone hillside in the village of Flonheim. Sur-lie aging (on the native yeasts) softens the crisp acidity and tingly minerality, leaving the wine delicate and balanced. Our growers and co-winemakers, Nico and Laura Espenschied, practice sustainable farming and minimal intervention winemaking on their family estate in the Rheinhessen.

Lobenberg: Die älteren Reben der flacheren Lagen des Kirchspiel und des Benn. Quasi die Qualitätsauslese des QbA. Mit burgundisch cremiger Fülle, neben blumig mineralischer Note feinste Melone und etwas weißer Pfirsich, dazu wunderbare Frische. Ein Spaßmacher mit Klasse und Anspruch, wenngleich natürlich noch lange nicht in der Liga des biodynamischen Nachbarn und Superstars Philipp Wittmann. Für den Preis aber eine bedingungslose Empfehlung. 91+/100
