The wine is dry with fine, lively bubbles, delicate pear and apple fruit aromas and a crisp finish. Whether served at the beginning of a beautiful evening for two, or sipped throughout a lively meal with friends, this celebrated bubbly has versatility at the table that can be shared time and time again. The elegant mousse can refresh your palate for the next bite, and the greater complexity and intensity of our Prosecco Superiore DOCG will not get overwhelmed by heavier dishes such as pasta carbonara with shrimp, grilled vegetables drizzled with Italian olive oil and parmesan cheese, or simply prepared filet of beef with rosemary.

Mionetto-Valdobbiadene-Superiore-DOCG
A cuvée that successfully introduces emotions and the special unmistakable flavor of wine skillfully produced to enhance the characteristics of the native grape varieties of a unique area, at the foot of the Pre-alps of Veneto, where Mionetto has been based since 1887. These flavors and aromas have disappeared over the years but now Mionetto are reintroducing them in this excellent cuvée. A delicate pale yellow color, with a characteristic aroma that blends with hints of honey and crab apples. It is dry and pleasantly slightly bitter on the palate. Lean due to the right level of acidity, it is moderately full-bodied with a fine and intense perlage. A balanced, smooth and refreshing sparkling wine that is ideal for any occasion, thanks to its moderate alcohol content and versatility. It is best served with simple light fish or vegetable dishes. It is an excellent aperitif accompanied by savory tarts or more delicate finger food such as shrimp vol-au-vent.
Altaneve Z Prosecco

Altaneve-Z-Prosecco
Altaneve Z is pinnacle of what Prosecco wine can be, and aims to set a new standard for Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Altaneve Z is a very limited production wine hand-harvested from a 2000 year-old vineyard in Valdobbiadene, on a small plot beneath the hamlet of San Pietro di Barbozza on a small hillside named Localitá Rive Longa. This micro-plot is so small we can only produce 1,500 bottles per year and it is worth the toil as the terroir bestows an amazing minerality to this unique wine. We harvest this plot of 50+ year-old vines in late September to ensure a healthy sugar content that creates the lovely floral bouquet and elegance that makes this wine so notably complex. Our oenologist has spent over a decade perfecting this wine, employing a uniquely-extended 7-month secondary fermentation process unlike other Proseccos on the market (whose process lasts between just 10-20 days). Altaneve's extended winemaking process lends the wine both the depth and complexity of a Champagne, while maintaining the signature crisp freshness of a great Prosecco. With this winemaking technique, the perlage, balance, and elegant finesse of the wine become nothing short of spectacular. Altaneve Z is a dry sparkling wine boasting a mere 5 g/l of residual sugar. Exceptional as an aperitivo, this unique Prosecco also pairs wonderfully with shellfish, sushi, or fruit.

The grapes are picked in cases and vinified in white (skins and must are immediately divided) after a very soft pressing of the entire grape. The following phases are static decantation and fermentation with selected yeasts coming from the production area. A second fermentation of wine and must in autoclave occurs according to the Charmat method at a temperature of 14-15° C. The wine is then cold stabilized at a temperature of -3° C for about a week and finally filtered and bottled.

Ruggeri-Giustino-B.-Prosecco
In honor of the founder of the Italian winery, this Ruggeri Extra Dry Giustino B. Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene was created. It's crisp and clean, with bright acidity and lovely balance, floral notes and delicious citrus. We are crazy about the fresh-baked bread nuance in this wine, and how well it goes with desserts. But we're getting ahead of ourselves. Your first glass will delight without any sort of accompaniment. It will also pair beautifully with most any light hors d'ouevre. For the entree, put it next to fish and seafood, fried especially. How about a big basket of fried shrimp with a garlicky aioli for dipping? Fried chicken and some creamy slaw on the side would work well too. Or, Thai-spiced shrimp salad with Asian greens and a Thai pesto dressing. And for the gorgeous bread flavors, make your last course an apricot tarte tatin; you won't be sorry. Cent'anni winelovers!
