Deep crimson color with magenta tones. This wine smells of plum, blackberry, and chocolate aromas. Taste of dark berries, chocolate, and soft tannins make for a sweet finish on the palate. Alcohol: 12% alc.

Pale yellow with slight green tinting in color. Incredible citrus, spring flower and subtle Muscat aromas. Neutral acidity and a wonderful taste of freshly cut green apples, ruby-red grapefruit, and honeysuckle. Papi Sauvignon Blanc pairs best with green vegetables, oysters, goat cheese, and fresh herbs. This blend of Carménère, Carignan and País (mission grape), which are all very characteristic varietals of the interior dry lands of the Maule Valley, is made with grapes from our Santa Rosa and Mingre estates. Canto Sur is juicy and fruit-forward. This wine has not been barrel-aged in order to let the unadulterated expression of our Maule grapes shine through.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet from sustainably farmed vineyards sites in the Maule Valley. Winemaker David Marcel arrived to Chile fresh off the boat from France after graduating from university and never looked back. Fermented with native yeast and aged in a mixture of concrete and used oak.
