This Rosé has lovely balance between the fresh fruit, fine tannins, good minerality and graceful acidity. It is the visual and taste portrait of the Hampton's high summer. Serve chilled, solo or as a complement to almost any food. It is the perfect summer wine.

This bright, copper-colored rosé has wonderful aromas of ripe apples and lilac with hints of freshly cut hay and a spritz of citrus. The mouth-feel is playful yet refined with ripe fruit flavors buoyed by vibrant acidity and elegant minerality. The wine finishes with great balance, a touch of saline and natural CO2 mousse. A classic Wölffer Rosé, this vintage is the first to be finished in a screwcap closure.

Hip, hip, rosé!  Cheers are heard around the vineyard quite often for our Bridge Lane Rosé.  Cabernet Franc-based, you'll find notes of guava and peach blossom followed by flavors of strawberry and watermelon.  Available in: 750ml bottle, 3L box,  20L keg and 375ml can.

Dark red brick in color. The aroma is filled with fine sandalwood, prunes, ripe blueberries and hints of liquorice. The mouth-feel is elegant but firm and there is a nice round fruit component that is wonderfully balanced by great minerality, fine toasted oak and layers of ripe tannins. There is a vibrant long finish with a hint of bell pepper typically for Cabernet Franc. This is a great food wine and will improve nicely with age.

“Sette” is short for Settefrati — the town in Italy in the Province of Frosinone, east of Rome, where the Macari family is from. Sette means “seven” and in Italian, Settefrati represents the town of seven brothers. The latest version of this blend sings notes of Italian plums, spiced green olives, baking spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove) and a hint of raw cocoa. The wine is a 50/50 blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. 100% estate fruit from the Macari family farm in Mattituck. “It is simultaneously soft and easygoing but with a rustic edge that makes you feel perfectly happy to open a bottle with a good pizza or a simple dish of pasta.” — Amy Zavatto, Edible East End

We have re-kindled our love affair with Cabernet Franc and have begun to consistently craft this grape into delicious refreshing red wines. . Cabernet Franc is a red grape very well suited to our Long Island terroir. We have made delicious, gulpable rosati out of it for years and are jazzed about regularly offering this grape as a red wine with all the wonders it brings to the table and our glasses. Our 2017 Cabernet Franc is a treble clef, alive, high-toned and happy wine! Beautiful, melodic aromas and flavors of bright red fruit, raspberries, strawberries, cherries, currants and purple flowers coupled with a very faint herbaceousness. The silky texture and a wonderful lightness of being make this wine irresistible. Comprised of 100% Cabernet Franc from the North Fork this wine was hand-harvested, de-stemmed, crushed by foot and punched down by hand. The wine was fermented wild/ambiently and spent 6 months in older oak. Our 2017 Cabernet Franc was handled minimally and bottled by gravity on March 20th 2018. This wine will pair fabulously with charcuterie, light meat dishes, grilled fish and vegetables, pastas, wood-fired pizzas and most anything coming from a pig! This wine is easy to drink immediately...however it will continue to evolve in the bottle for the next five years or so. About the 2017 Cabernet Franc they penned "Super fragrant and perfumed nose with red currants, strawberries and wild raspberries. Our cabernet sauvignon is blended with merlot to add suppleness and breadth to the palate. Aromas and flavors of chocolate, raspberry and black cherry overlay a smooth and velvety texture.

A dry white wine, clean and crisp -- like a fine Pinot Gris, with mineral notes and a grapefruit character. A perfect accompaniment to many foods, including chicken, fish, and cheeses. A great everyday white wine.

The color is light shiny new copper. Vibrant floral and hay notes surrounded by classic creamy yeast fill the glass. The mouth-feel has fantastic texture with lovely subtle fruit and is backed by refreshing acidity all interlaced with fine skin-tannins and a beautiful creamy yeast character that is balanced by wonderful classic minerality. The finish is long and savory. This is a very sophisticated Rosé with lots of layers and character that will age very well and is very versatile to be paired with an array of different foods.

Cabernet Franc is the other Cabernet. For the sophisticated, this wine has red currants and cherries on the body and finishes with white pepper and spice. It’s a wine worth getting to know.
