The 2.5 hectare Ca Morei vineyard is located in the Valgella sub-zone at 550 meters in the commune of Teglio. This dialect name means The House of the Morelli, and it identifies the house where Mansueto Morelli lived with his family at the beginning of the twentieth century. His daughter Emma married Pietro Fay in 1947. This Nebbiolo goes through fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks with maceration for 6 days. Afterwards it goes through malolactic fermentation and then aging for 12 months in barriques.

Terroir: The Nino Negri Inferno is sourced from the best crus of the Inferno subzones of Calvario, Sopragironi, Sottogironi and Ca Rossa. Grapes are densely cultivated high on the terraced hillside in poor, sandy soils and a due-south exposure.
