Wine in Langhorne Creek

An expressive, medium to full bodied wine showing intense lifted dark berry fruits and spice. The palate is vibrant with dense blackberry and fresh plum flavours complemented by liquorice and pepper spice.

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah/Shiraz Vinification: 18 months in seasoned French oak barriques. This wine shows menthol and spice with gentle complexities of cedar and fennel seed. The palate is generous and velvety with the malbec tannins providing a really interesting, lingering finish. A great wine with food!

Named after the house-cooling breeze of our ‘Lake Doctor’. These winds arrive from the Great Southern Ocean direct from Antarctica reviving our vines and vignerons alike in the peak of summer heat.
